Each year new job openings allow students to secure high paying careers in the automotive industry. Employment opportunities are available in Auto Parts Sales, Service Writer, Diagnostics Technician, Tune-up Technician, Line Mechanic and Brake Specialist as well as Diesel Mechanics, and Machine Shops Specialists.

 

College Connection:

A YV-TECH and Yakima Valley Community College (YVCC) connection has been established to provide an advanced placement program for qualifying students. You can earn 41 college credits while enrolled in the YV-TECH Automotive Technology program. Adult students are enrolled in this program via the YVCC registration office.
